"Taste Trails" (Itinerari del Gusto) is a special part of Festadelmare, which is dedicated to food and wine tasting and exhibitions, especially of organic products. This annual event displays a whole range of products coming from both the mountain and the coastal areas, particularly the province of Nuoro. A large attention will also be dedicated to good quality organic products on a national level.

Also on display as part of "Taste Itineraries" are typical producs from Siniscola, Orosei and Posada.
