A specially designed aspect of Festadelmare is the area which is dedicated to sea-art, which is aimed at highlighting the importance of the places, the people and the sea. The whole of Santa Lucia will become an art gallery and the walls of the houses, thanks to the owners' kindness, will be draped with large canvases and decorated with murals, which are to be created on the spot, during the four days of the festival. In a friendly, easy going and art-minded atmosphere, there will also be different workshops for mural painting, installations and pictures.
